It’s time to start feeling joy in your life & relationships again!
I understand how it feels to experience dissatisfaction, a lack of self-confidence, and concerns about relationships and career choices. It can be disheartening to constantly question if you're on the right path, especially when it seems everyone else is thriving. But let me assure you that you're not alone in these emotions. Many individuals have walked a similar path and yearned for fulfillment. I am here to provide guidance and support, helping you rediscover your self-worth and find the right relationship, career, and life that aligns with your true desires. Together, we can break free from the comparison cycle, unlock your potential, and create a life that brings you happiness and success.
As a holistic psychotherapist and couples counselor, I primarily work from an attachment, somatic, and mindfulness model.
Working with me is informed by exploring how past relationships influence your current connections; together, we uncover stories, patterns, and triggers, get curious about your inner workings, and learn what makes you laugh, play, and move forward.
With that in mind, I utilize Brainspotting (similar to EMDR and Somatic Experiencing but more dynamic and gentle), the Gottman Method, attachment theory, somatic journeying, mindfulness, stories, guided visualizations, and exploring childhood wounds.
I have been there. I know firsthand what it feels like to be uncomfortable in my skin, to question if I am feeling anxiety or intuition. I’ve wondered if I am in the right relationship or on the right path. With the right tools and support, I overcame barriers and lived the life I have today.
Outside work, I enjoy sunrise hikes with good friends, dancing in my hut, duck-tending, playing with my two kiddos, and biking as a family. I live in Northern Vermont with my partner, two young children, a dog, two cats, and a few super cute ducks + one chicken.
