Online Couples Therapy Intensives in Vermont & Beyond
Are you feeling frustrated with having the same argument over and over with your partner?
Relationships can be incredibly challenging to navigate, especially in the complexities of modern life. Balancing the intricacies of two individuals' lives together is no easy feat. In the face of life's stress and pressures, it's common for communication to stumble, intimacy to wane, and conflicts to emerge.
Navigating busy schedules, a big life chang, or a significant rupture can make couples therapy nearly impossible. That’s where couples intensives or couples retreats come into view.
My mission is to provide a nurturing space where you and your partner(s) can rediscover your emotional connection, revitalize your communication, and navigate transitions with grace and resilience. I specialize in supporting younger couples (ages 20-45) from all walks of life.

Are you struggling?
Couples therapy intensives can help you reconnect with your partner so you can both feel seen, heard, and appreciated.
How I can help:
Increase communication skills to utilize in-the-moment to reduce the impact of stressful situations.
Foster empathy & intimacy through the Gottman Method love maps and conversational skills.
Build self-awareness through learning about your history and how you relate to the world. I use the attachment model to gain insight into your primary attachment style and how that impacts your current relationship.
Together we will…
Imagine a life:
Where the two of you feel connected & prioritized, allowing your bond feel strong. Stress no longer pins you against each other, instead you navigate transitions as a united team.
You deserve a love that endures and a future filled with joy.

Our intensives span 20 transformative hours, starting with a 2-hour online intake session. Following this, you'll have two 50-minute individual sessions. Based on these initial sessions, Kali will tailor the weekend intensive to your needs.
The "weekend" intensive takes place on Friday and Saturday, with sessions scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM each day. You can participate either online or in person.
To ensure sustained progress, we will also include two follow-up 50-minute sessions, one a week after the intensive and another a month later.
This comprehensive approach is designed to provide you with a personalized and impactful experience.

During the couple therapy intensive, Kali will conduct a thorough intake and assessment to craft an individualized therapeutic weekend retreat to enhance your relationship. This process begins with three intake sessions: one as a couple and one individual session for each partner.
Throughout the weekend, Kali will be attuned to your needs and energy levels, incorporating dynamic experiences that hold the promise of transformation and growth. Her holistic approach includes Brainspotting, couples yoga, journaling, nature walks, and dedicated time to work through conflicts, all aimed at igniting positive change in your relationship.
Kali offers the flexibility to work with clients online or, ideally, in person in Vermont. Please note that clients are responsible for their food during the retreat.
This intensive promises a profoundly personalized and impactful experience, fostering meaningful connection and growth in your relationship.
