Are you and your partner navigating significant life changes that have left you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure about your future?
Your journey may be filled with overwhelming pressure to meet society's standards, achieve personal goals, and maintain a sense of control.
Are you struggling to focus at work, enjoy your time with your closest friends, and feel you are on the right path?
It may feel impossible now, but you can feel confident, clear, and satisfied with some tools to build self-awareness and compassion. And I can help you get there.
Therapy for anxiety and perfectionism can help.

Foster self-compassion & acceptance through mindfulness techniques and somatic exercises.
Build self-awareness through learning about your history and how you relate to the world.
Increase tool kit for stressful times and gain a more consistent healthy emotional state.
It’s time to feel like your true self.
Are you and your partner navigating significant life changes that have left you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure about your future?
I understand couples' unique challenges when confronted with significant life transitions, such as a career shift, a move, welcoming a child, or the transformative journey of parenthood.
Life's transitions can be exhilarating but can bring unexpected challenges and strain your relationship. We know that during these moments, it's easy for communication to falter, intimacy to dwindle, and conflicts to arise. That's where couples counseling comes in.
My mission is to provide a nurturing space where you and your partner(s) can rediscover your emotional connection, revitalize your communication, and navigate these transitions with grace and resilience. We specialize in supporting couples from all walks of life: heterosexual couples, monogamous couples, LGBTQ+ couples, and non-traditional or consensual non-monogamous couples (CNM or ENM). Your love knows no boundaries, and neither do we.
As a Gottman Trained therapist, I am equipped with the invaluable tools and insights derived from decades of research by Dr. John Gottman and his team. This evidence-based approach helps couples build stronger relationships by fostering trust, increasing intimacy, and effectively managing conflict.
In addition to my Gottman Training, I have been fortunate to train with esteemed experts such as Ester Perel and Dan Siegel. These experiences have deepened my understanding of attachment and the intricacies of relationships, enabling me to provide you with holistic and compassionate guidance.
I have also worked alongside Jessica Fern of PolySecure and often consult with her when working with couples exploring polyamorous relationships.
I understand the fear of losing connection with your partner amidst the chaos, the uncertainty of navigating evolving roles and responsibilities, and the overwhelming emotions that come with change. Rest assured, you are not alone. Together, we can create a roadmap to help you reconnect, strengthen your bond, and navigate these transitions as a united team.
I invite you to embark on this transformative journey with us. Take the first step today by reaching out for a FREE consultation. Let us help you cultivate a relationship that survives and thrives in the face of life's transitions. You deserve a love that endures and a future filled with joy.

The main difference is that there is a plan, a focus, and an end date. I am also happy to do general couples counseling if you feel that is a better fit.
-
Someone/couple who is interested and committed to transformation and would prefer to completely jump in rather than slowly chip away at it. The attachment-based intensives are best for individuals/couples that are looking to gain a greater understanding of their ongoing patterns and triggers.
We will take a deep dive into your childhood experiences and make sense of them. Doing this as a couple creates an invaluable sense of empathy and understanding for one another. Intensives can also help individuals strengthen their sense of self and learn useful skills for existing and future relationships.
