I specialize in supporting individuals and couples in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Whether you’re exploring how neurodivergence or mental health challenges—such as ADHD, anxiety, or being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)—affect your relationship, navigating cultural differences, or working through the pain of betrayals, I’m here to help you foster clarity, connection, and healing.
Using the Gottman Method, I help couples strengthen their relationships by building essential skills like effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection. For more profound healing, I incorporate Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that helps clients break through unhelpful patterns, process past traumas, and rebuild trust after betrayals or affairs. I also integrate attachment theory to explore the underlying dynamics and emotional patterns contributing to relationship challenges.
