You deserve to feel good in your relationships.

You know, deep inside, that there is a better way.

Being in a relationship today can feel overwhelming. Between work, family, and the constant buzz of daily life, losing touch with yourself and your partner is easy. Add in things like ADHD, anxiety, cultural differences, or the pain of betrayals, and it can feel like the connection you crave is out of reach. If you struggle to juggle it while staying connected, you’re not alone—and there’s a way forward.

Here are the top reasons people often seek support…

  • Many couples face challenges communicating their needs effectively and resolving conflicts. If you struggle and need help connecting or constantly misunderstand each other, seeking guidance on improving communication can make a significant difference

  • Trust is the foundation of any healthy relationship but can be fragile and easily shaken. Whether rebuilding trust after a betrayal or addressing suspicions and insecurities, couples counseling can provide support and strategies for navigating trust issues together.

  • Feeling disconnected from your partner emotionally or physically can be distressing. Whether it's a lack of intimacy, sexual difficulties, or feeling like you're growing apart, counseling can help you rediscover and strengthen the bond you share. Additionally, understanding compatibility in a relationship is crucial for long-term success. Couples often seek counseling to assess compatibility, address differences in personality or values, and navigate conflicts arising from incompatible traits or goals

You’re right, there is a better way.

Empowered Communication: Enhance your ability to communicate confidently, guided by self-awareness and intuition.

Shared Vision: Gain clarity on your desires and articulate them boldly. Align your goals to strengthen your bond and create a roadmap for your shared future.

Mutual Fulfillment: Experience the satisfaction of truly seeing, hearing, and valuing each other. Foster mutual respect and appreciation to deepen your connection and support each other fully.

 Hi! I’m Kali

Couples Therapist, Certified Brainspotting Therapist

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Whether you’re exploring how neurodivergence or mental health challenges—such as ADHD, anxiety, or being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)—affect your relationship, navigating cultural differences, or working through the pain of betrayals, I’m here to help you foster clarity, connection, and healing.

Using the Gottman Method, I help couples strengthen their relationships by building essential skills like effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection. For more profound healing, I incorporate Brainspotting, a brain-body approach that helps clients break through unhelpful patterns, process past traumas, and rebuild trust after betrayals or affairs. I also integrate attachment theory to explore the underlying dynamics and emotional patterns contributing to relationship challenges.

My approach empowers clients to build secure, fulfilling relationships with their partners and themselves. This includes addressing trust issues, enhancing intimacy, and exploring how cultural differences and personal values shape relationship dynamics. We’ll create a safe space to address challenges and establish a foundation for deeper connections and shared growth.

With a holistic and compassionate perspective, I guide clients in uncovering outdated beliefs, reconnecting with their emotional needs, and embracing their inner wisdom. Let’s embark on this journey together to create healthier relationships, personal growth, and a more meaningful life.
